MiRust implementation operations 1.5.0

Release 1.5.0 adds deep operational contracts, canonical GGUF naming migration, legacy redirects, and expanded durable project memory.

MiRust 1.5.0 adds an Implementation operations page, a second documentation root with source-grounded operational topics, failure runbooks, resource formulas, promotion gates, GGUF migration requirements, modular skill contracts, and Teleodynamic integration points.

Canonical naming

The project identifier is standardized as GGUF throughout active source, content, URLs, exports, and memory. A one-time WordPress migration updates generated content and known old slugs while permanent redirects preserve inbound links.

Boundary

The WordPress release still contains no Rust source, WebAssembly, model weights, or executable inference runtime.
