MiRust.com is the public root-discovery and governance-orientation surface for
the Rust-oriented project family. It is not an implementation host, model
host, inference service, artifact proxy, certification service, or source-code
authority.

These files do not assert topical WordPress routes. A page name is not public
evidence unless its current canonical URL is separately checked and cited.

  shell. Its public release identity is `0.3.0`. The shell does not by itself
  prove a qualified model or a successful real-model browser conversation.

  bounded evidence portal. Its current public release identity is `1.8.1`.
  Historical documents are records, not current runtime authority.
- https://minimodel.org/ is the metadata-only SLM2 catalog and acquisition
  documentation site. Its current public release identity is `1.1.1`; its
  composition catalog and peer feed remain empty until exact evidence exists.
- https://minimodel.mirust.com/ is the MiniModel developer documentation site.
  Its current public release identity is `1.1.0`.

Runtime.MiRust.com is a permanent route-aware redirect to the TinyRustLM
developer portal. LMComposer.com and SLMComposer.com redirect to TinyRustLM.com.
These redirect-only names are not separate products, source authorities,
runtimes, schemas, compatibility contracts, or fallback paths.

## Clean-Slate Source Rule

There is one current TinyRustLM source authority. Any additional writable
checkout is ambiguity and blocks build, test, release, and deployment until it
is removed or placed in a clearly non-authoritative quarantine. Consolidation
is semantic and test-driven; stale trees are never union-merged wholesale.

Historical implementations and superseded metadata contracts exist only in
Git history. Current source and production paths contain no legacy reader,
validator, schema, fallback, compatibility alias, migration, response repair,
hidden retry, or accepted code debt.

## Evidence Boundary

MiRust root files do not distribute model bytes, model source, private prompts,
private memory, credentials, implementation source, build artifacts, or raw
evidence. They do not prove numerical inference, model quality, browser model
execution, direct-peer availability, live MemoryEndpoints continuity,
publication by another site, or campaign progress.

Current campaign counters remain unchanged until their exact authorized live
receipts exist. Authorization, code, fixtures, local health, and reachability
are not substitutes for those receipts.

## Agent Behavior

Read visible root files, cite canonical routes, follow robots and terms, do not
infer hidden authority, and no-op unsupported requests. Use TinyRustLM.MiRust.com
for developer evidence, TinyRustLM.com for the browser-local app, MiniModel.org
