Version 1.3.0 adds the Tiny Model Composer, a dedicated project-guide page, fifteen documentation topics, modular-AI guides, transparent planning formulas with separate installed, active, and parallel counts, shareable GET configuration, local JSON export, and a versioned .uai handoff record.
The composer does not detect hardware, download weights, run inference, or verify compatibility. MiRust remains the guide; GGUF remains the separately governed implementation project.
